Terms and Conditions

Acknowledgement of Risks:

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I  am voluntarily participating in exercise, training, and activities  offered by Adams 24/7 Fitness including, but not limited to, the use of  facilities, equipment, and machinery, and participation in programs and  classes. 

Gym activities involve inherent risks like physical  injury. These risks may include those caused by negligence. By signing,  the participant confirms they have inspected the facilities and  equipment and consider them safe. 

Medical Disclosure:

Participants  affirm they have no medical condition preventing exercise and agree to  consult a physician before participating, informing the Gym of relevant  conditions. The Gym is not required to assess the participant's physical  condition. 

Release of Liability and Waiver:

In exchange  for using the Gym, the participant releases Adams 24/7 Fitness and its  associates from claims for damages or injuries from participation,  including those due to negligence. This waiver extends to the  participant's representatives. 

Indemnification:

The  participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Gym and its  personnel from claims and expenses resulting from their use of  facilities. 

Rules and Regulations:

The participant agrees to follow all safety instructions and rules and report any unsafe conditions. 

Acknowledgment of Understanding:

The  participant has read and understands the waiver, acknowledging they are  relinquishing legal rights, including the right to sue for injuries.  They are signing voluntarily.
